Acura Downtown

Not worth shopping here unless you like being scammed. I purchased a car here a couple months ago and was assured there was no problems with it other then AC. We both (sales person and me) signed the vehicle history disclosure forms that stated the exact problems with the cad and what was known. I later came to this same dealership to get a oil change before they took a look at my car the service asked me verbatim “You know there’s a lot of work that needs to be done on this car right?” To my surprise I asked what do you mean and he mentioned that he has the file here and a couple items need to be replaced, suspension parts and power steering leaks etc. I was fuming as this was not the information that was told to me when I purchased the car. The service dates of when they found the issue was well before the dates of when I purchased the car, I asked them to print it out so I have proof. When I went back to my sales person that sold me the car he simply mentioned we can’t do anything for you because there was a miscommunication on their part between the service team and sales team . ??? How is that okay ? As a customer why should I suffer because of a miscommunication internally. The information was there and was not disclosed to me. This information could have changed the sales deal if it was disclosure like it should have been. All I asked was them to fix the car and return it to me the same way I was promised it would be when we both signed the disclosure and they refused on repeat occasion always finding someone else to blame. Do not shop here. Shady stuff like this will happen to you if your not careful, they will simply tell you to call someone else and never help. I’ve spoke to the sales person the sales person spoke to the manager it will continue like this till you get fed up and leave. Trust me not worth the effort and money coming to this location. You are better off going to a Acura dealership outside of Toronto.

This dealership has friendly and efficient employees. I just bought my second used car from them and Sales person Calvin was so helpful and made my purchase a smooth transaction. He was very knowledgeable, patient and understanding to my concerns. You deserve a 5 start review. Also sales manager Roger went beyond and above to provide great customer service.

From my own experience, in terms of car purchasing, this dealership is definitely one of the most trustworthy place to go to, or at least pay them a visit. You might won’t be able to receive the most competitive pricing from them, but you can definitely expect professionalism from the staff here. Two of their staff I was working with were Trevor Pang (Sales consultant) and Roger Yip (Business Manager) are both very helpful and knowledgeable. If you have questions, they would give you the precise information, and even if they don’t, they would actually spend time finding it for you. They do try their best to sell you services/products, such as extended warranty and other vehicle protection packages, but they are wiling to spend time and effort explaining the details, and even if you find those services/products are not for you, they would not push you into a uncomfortable position, and they would continue to provide you with professional services. If you have questions, concerns, or certain expectations, definitely talk to them openly in a reasonable and respectful way.

Just picked up my 2023 RDX A-Spec from Acura Downtown last week and a big thank you to Trevor for the 5-star service. Trevor was professional, helpful and patient, which made the entire purchase experience such a breeze. He accommodated our schedule for the final delivery and even offered a free ride for us to get there. I highly recommend Trevor and Acura Downtown.

Brought an iLX at Acura Downtown for my nephew. Had a great experience with the purchase. Salesperson Daniel Lim is very helpful, and accommodating to our schedule, even though I made numerous changes on the delivery date. Car delivered is in perfect condition, nice and clean. Inside and out. And hygiene inside is great too during the pandemic. Acura Downtown is a highly recommended dealership.

This was the place to go for buying a used car ! The salespeople were friendly and so easy to work with . They were super efficient and got the deal done with no pressure and no questions left unanswered . They have a huge selection of cars and they are very well maintained. Calvin was amazing. Would highly recommend this dealership!!
